Games
I’ve always had a fascination for games, and the intersection between programming and text is where I do the bulk of my professional writing. The games industry is finding new ways to tell stories and explore choices that matter.
Short fiction
I particularly enjoy flash fiction but have published more traditional short stories in many magazines and anthologies.
Most of what I perform on stage is short fiction.
Novels
I’ve written an award-winning teenage novel but write long fiction primarily for adults.
My current project features knife fights, corruption, choir music, murder, and lounge-bar glamour.
Hypertext
Hypertext means different things to different people. My personal angle is the same as usual: finding interesting new ways to tell a story. Can we retain a coherent and satisfying narrative while abandoning linear text?
